UI unresponsive after selecting Create Services

Description of problem:

On the 3rd step of "Expand Cluster" i.e. Create Services, the service list get's stuck on loading and any navigation causes the UI to become unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy a ceph 8.0 cluster
2. Select Cluster > Hosts > Expand Cluster > Create Services
3.

Actual results:

UI becomes unresponsive

Expected results:

List items should load properly and UI should not be unresponsive.
