In 47 rc+, GNOME Settings Daemon dropped use of gnome-rr for setting backlight and moved to Mutter APIs. This results in budgie-desktop / magpie crashing back to the login screen.

Patch already available at https://github.com/BuddiesOfBudgie/magpie/pull/30 and this is submitted in the event of a necessary final freeze exception.
