Description Dominik Mierzejewski 2024-09-18 08:06:26 UTC
python-pyahorasick is missing in EPEL9 and I need it as a build dependency for my package. Please branch and build in EPEL9 branch.

If you don't want to maintain it in EPEL, let me know. I'll take care of the package.

Comment 1 Dominik Mierzejewski 2024-09-18 17:01:50 UTC
Let's put this on hold for now. It looks like my package is blocked on python-pydantic being too old in EPEL9 anyway, and Ben indicated he would not be updating it. I'm considering my options.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.

Comment 3 Dominik 'Rathann' Mierzejewski 2025-08-15 22:30:54 UTC
Can you request EPEL10 branch at least? The rawhide src.rpm builds fine for EPEL10 in mock.
