Description of problem:
parquet-glib-devel from epel9 has a missing dependency, causing it to be uninstallable.

1. dnf install parquet-glib-devel


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides parquet-devel(x86-64) = 9.0.0-11.el9 needed by parquet-glib-devel-9.0.0-11.el9.x86_64 from epel


Expected results:
successful installation
