Description of problem:
applet-window-buttons from epel9 has an unresolved dependency, causing it to be uninstallable.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install applet-window-buttons


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libkdecorations2private.so.9()(64bit) needed by applet-window-buttons-0.11.1-4.el9.x86_64 from epel


Expected results:
successful installation

Onuralp, you originally added this package to EPEL 9.  Would you be able to rebuild it to resolve this installation problem?

This is a kde-sig package, I should have rebuilt it when I did the rest of the epel9 kde update.
I've got it.
