EPEL-10 is not officially ready

And blocked by https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-55273

Notice: I don't plan to pull redis version 5 to EPEL-10

I prefer version 6 (php-pecl-redis6 waiting for review #2238342)

Understood. Redis6 should work with nextcloud.
