Cause: Dashboard was allowing "/" in its snapshot name.
Consequence: As a result, user was able to enter snapshot name containing "/'" in it.
Fix: With the fix, the snapshot name cannot start with "." and cannot contain "/" and "@".
Result: Snapshot name cannot start with "." and cannot contain "/" and "@".
