Oddly, upstream bumped the SONAME version to 5 while only bumping the version to 4.1.0.

Provides: libqvr.so.5()(64bit) qvr = 4.1.0-1.fc42 qvr(x86-64) = 4.1.0-1.fc42

It looks like bino is the only thing needing to be rebuilt at this time.
