Description:
The Global Extensible Open Power Manager (GEOPM) provides a framework to
explore power and energy optimizations on platforms with heterogeneous mixes
of computing hardware.

Users can monitor their system's energy and power consumption, and safely
optimize system hardware settings to achieve energy efficiency and/or
performance objectives.

SPEC file uses a mix of spaces and tabs (switch occurs in line 12-13).

Line with "Name:" is misaligned with the rest of the other directives, if you want to adjust that as well.

Package approved. Please adjust spaces/tabs before importing.

As the other geopm packages, I think it would make more sense to build all from one single spec file.
