Update to 0.15.1 (#2315762)

Comment 9 Conrad Meyer 2025-01-03 20:56:41 UTC
Wiki still lists 0.9.8/0.13.8 as current stable versions. Checking with upstream if they want us to ship 0.15.1.

Comment 10 Conrad Meyer 2025-01-04 23:08:25 UTC

Rawhide: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=127556376

Given current status of 0.15.1, we can probably wait on pushing this out to stable releases.
