The following command fails:

$ rclone rc --loopback core/version
Failed to rc: loopback call failed: strconv.ParseInt: parsing "": invalid syntax

Apparently this issue occurs when the version string does not start with "v". This same issue occurred in the Termux distribution: https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/issues/19013

This command is run by the Borg backup program when using an rclone-backed repository: https://borgbackup.readthedocs.io/en/2.0.0b11/usage/general.html#repository-urls

Fixed in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rclone/c/120873a89d0e80fc936b4bc8fe196e1d55c30e1f?branch=rawhide and builds are running now. Thanks for reporting!
