Description of problem:
Screen no longer turns off after idle time-out.  The Power Management settings screen is a bit ambiguous because it no longer says switch off after idle, but the "Display and Brightness" is supposed to allow it.  It does switch off using Wayland, but not with X11

IMHO, this is a kf6-kidletime packaging bug. We are currently discussing how to proceed with this issue. It has been suggested to package the X11 plugins separately as kf6-kidletime-x11. I have suggested to instead reenable them in kf6-kidletime on Fedora (as opposed to EPEL).
