If you do not wish to maintain elinks in epel10, or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner, I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS robert); please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/elinks/adduser (my current permissions for the package don't permit branching for epel10).

This is basically the same request like bug #2090958 for EPEL 9, just for EPEL 10.
