https://github.com/dotnet/announcements/issues/326 says that CVE-2024-38229 was fixed in .NET 8 SDK with the 8.0.108/8.0.8 release in October 2024.

We released this for Fedora 40 through https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-f4eb809b49
