Description of problem:
After verifying https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2308664 I tried deleting listeners and I am unable to delete it on all GWs. Only on first GW in GW group, I am able to delete listener from UI

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. From UI, Block> NVMeTCP> Subsystems > Listener
2. Try deleting all listeners of all GWs in that GW group
3. 

Actual results: Listener deletion fails


Expected results: We should be able to delete listener post confirmation
