https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2253672 was fixed in https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2024:0745 which is fixed in ceph-16.2.10-233.el8cp. Hotfix was provided to the customer in the BZ

Moving the non-blocker bzs out of ODF-4.17.0. If this is a blocker, please feel free to propose it as a blocker for ODF-4.17.0 with justification note.
