"Fedora EPEL 10" and "Fedora ELN" are currently not enabled branches here:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/radicale

Please enable, I will take further care then in case build is not successful.

python-passlib now built on EL10, waiting for pushed to stable, radicale epel10 branch is prepared already.
