Comment 1 Lokesh Mandvekar 2024-10-16 16:04:18 UTC
Hi Keith, I'm guessing this is not a Fedora-40 only bz and affects all active Fedora releases? Should `[fedora-40]` be removed from the summary? Same for Bug 2318514

Comment 2 Fedora Blocker Bugs Application 2024-10-16 16:10:17 UTC
Proposed as a Blocker for 41-final by Fedora user lsm5 using the blocker tracking app because:

 CVE-2024-9341

Comment 3 Adam Williamson 2024-10-17 15:41:47 UTC
+3 FE in https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/blocker-review/issue/1712 , marking accepted FE. Blocker vote still open (I voted -1 as this is rated Moderate, not Important or higher).

so the fix for this is in F41 now, which resolves it from F41 blocker point of view, but AFAICS is not yet built for F39 or F40. Re-opening but dropping F41 blocker process metadata.
