SDDM is supposed to show the F41 default background on F41, but it hasn't been rebuilt to internalize that artwork. SDDM needs to be rebuilt to ensure it includes it.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 41-final by Fedora user ngompa using the blocker tracking app because:

 This ensures the correct artwork is shown for the spins that use SDDM with the default theme (LXQt, Miracle, Sway).
