Could you please branch and build libspatialite for EPEL 10 ?
It is needed to build another package.

libspatialite still requires librttopo to build in epel10.
But, would you please let us know if you are willing and able to branch and build libspatialite in epel10 once it's dependencies are built.

If you do not wish to maintain libspatialite in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS tdawson);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libspatialite/adduser

librttopo is now in epel10, and I've verified that what you have in the libspatialite epel10 branch builds.
