Description of problem:
The CVP fails the bundle linting test for ceph-csi-operator-bundle. The error is:
Error: Value : (cephcsi-operator.v4.17.0-rhodf) csv.Spec.Icon elements should contain both data and mediatype"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a recent operator-sdk (1.33.0+)
2. Run
./operator-sdk_linux_amd64 bundle validate -b podman --select-optional name=operatorhubv2 registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/odf4-cephcsi-operator-bundle:v4.17.0-124 --verbose

Actual results:
ERRO[0003] Error: Value : (cephcsi-operator.v4.17.0-rhodf) csv.Spec.Icon elements should contain both data and mediatype 

Expected results:
No such error
