Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 41-final by Fedora user decathorpe using the blocker tracking app because:

 The update associated with this bug fixes FailsToInstall issue caused by a package retirement. Fixing this in the "updates" repo after GA won't remove the broken dependency from the "fedora" repo. Equivalent updates and fixes have already been pushed to rawhide and f40/f39 and are not causing issues there.

Yes, you're attempting to install a subpackage that was *removed* in the fixed version in "updates-testing", so you're getting the old version from "fedora"  that has the broken dependencies.
