Description of problem:
Rawhide currently has mstflint 4.25.0 - https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mstflint - while c10s already has 4.26.0 since 5 months ago - https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/mstflint/-/blob/c10s/mstflint.spec?ref_type=heads&blame=1

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.25.0-8.fc42

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compare the corresponding dist-git repos

Actual results:
Rawhide NEVRA < c10s NEVRA

Expected results:
Changes land in Rawhide first (and get auto-rebuilt for ELN)

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
