Description Orion Poplawski 2024-10-24 01:42:22 UTC
Please branch and build python-pytest-benchmark in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain python-pytest-benchmark in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package;
please add the epel-packagers-sig group through
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pytest-benchmark/addgroup
and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.

I would also be happy to be a co-maintainer (FAS: orion).

It appears to build and install fine from the current rawhide branch.

Comment 1 Orion Poplawski 2024-10-24 01:52:11 UTC
Actually, it is missing a runtime dep:

  - nothing provides python3-cpuinfo needed by python3-pytest-benchmark-4.0.0-9.el10.noarch from @commandline
  - nothing provides python3.12dist(py-cpuinfo) needed by python3-pytest-benchmark-4.0.0-9.el10.noarch from @commandline

Comment 2 Romain Geissler 2024-11-09 11:50:15 UTC
Hi,

FYI, the dependency python3-cpuinfo was just published, so this should unblock this package.

Hi Orion, I have added you as an admin of the package and I've also grant collaboration access to the epel-packagers-sig group.

Can you handle pushing this package to epel10?

Thanks for the help.

I'll build it. Thanks.
