Description of problem:

Recent update of ImageMagick6 (due to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2241775 ) has broken converting svg images to other formats.

Upstream issue: https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick6/issues/335

Though the issue has not yet been closed, has has already been fixed in release 6.9.13-15 / https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick6/commit/a016cb7bafb5a813db278f5a9c2f43b666c6a4f4 )

Request that it gets updated again to pull in this fix.

1. Convert svg to any other format.

Actual results:
Mangled colours


Expected results:
Colours remain as expected :)
