Please branch and build python-toml in epel10.

I have access via the Python packagers SIG, but checking in with the other admins first - happy to be set as the Bugzilla assignee for EPEL so I can deal with issues

python-toml is deprecated: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/DeprecatePythonToml

Please DO NOT branch it for EPEL 10. It wasn't branched for EPEL 9 either.


If something requires this package, it should be updated to use tomllib (+ tomli-w if needed). I'll check python-pytest-httpserver.
