A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's `bcmasp` network driver. This vulnerability occurs in the `bcmasp_xmit()` function, where a socket buffer (skb) is not properly freed if a mapping operation fails. A local attacker with low privileges could exploit this to cause a memory leak, potentially leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) due to resource exhaustion.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

net: bcmasp: fix potential memory leak in bcmasp_xmit()

The bcmasp_xmit() returns NETDEV_TX_OK without freeing skb
in case of mapping fails, add dev_kfree_skb() to fix it.
