Description of problem: dnf upgrade command attempts to upgrade systemd but there's a scriptlet error message (see below)

Please change /var/run/psad to /run/psad.

Thanks for your response AND your help with this bug report. I really goofed it up. Sigh...

Are these instructions aimed at me or the developer(s)?

On my FC42 system /var/run is a link to /run.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
