Hello! I will try to have a look at this and also provide the fix back to the upstream project. Thanks for raising the issue. I'm in touch with the upstream maintainers and I'm waiting for a fix to be relased, at the moment there are tests that fails. As soon as the new release will be available, I'll work on having also this issue fixed. I got a test build to succeed: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/python/python3.14/build/8640715 I'll try to work on a PR to submit upstream ASAP. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle. Changing version to 42. FEDORA-2025-187b62f9da (python-valkey-6.1.0-2.fc42) has been submitted as an update to Fedora 42. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-187b62f9da FEDORA-2025-187b62f9da has been pushed to the Fedora 42 testing repository. Soon you'll be able to install the update with the following command: `sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2025-187b62f9da` You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-187b62f9da See also https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for more information on how to test updates. FEDORA-2025-187b62f9da (python-valkey-6.1.0-2.fc42) has been pushed to the Fedora 42 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report. |
