Description of problem:
The smolt status page doesn't show all languages/locales, only the top 15. This
would be useful - and maybe motivating - information to the translators.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use smoltSendProfile in a system with e.g. fi_FI locale
2. View smolt language stats

Expected results:
The number of fi_FI locales should be shown in smolt stats

This is intentional, proper pages for all the stats are still being built, the
normal 'stats' page would take too long to load if I showed all stats for all
tabs on the page.  I'll make sure to have a language page built very soon.
