Package brltty fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f42 brltty-6.7-1.fc42.src.rpm

This is also an issue as it fails the same way on the latest ELN mass rebuild:

It's probably because the Tcl upstream changed the path separator from ' ' to ':', I will propose fix to the Brltty upstream.
