Please branch and build litehtml in epel10
The Fedora rawhide version builds with no modifications on epel10.

When we needed litehtml for epel9, you gave me access to just epel9.
If you could change the setting for epel*, I could do the branching and building
for all the epel branches as they come.

Please update my (FAS tdawson) settings through 
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/litehtml/adduser
