Description of problem:
initscript package was dropped and the functions from /etc/init.d/functions are gone now and cause ucarp to fail on startup.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ucarp-1.5.2-38.fc41.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. configure and start ucarp

Actual results:
ucarp[27052]: /usr/libexec/ucarp/ucarp: line 4: /etc/init.d/functions: No such file or directory
ucarp[27052]: Starting common address redundancy protocol daemon:
ucarp[27055]: egrep: warning: egrep is obsolescent; using grep -E
ucarp[27060]: /usr/libexec/ucarp/ucarp: line 77: daemon: command not found
ucarp[27061]: error running one or more of the ucarp daemon instances
ucarp[27062]: /usr/libexec/ucarp/ucarp: line 92: failure: command not found

Expected results:
startup success

Additional info:
you can grab a copy of /etc/init.d/functions as a workaround
