Description of problem:

The ansible-collection-community-docker-3.7.0-1.el8.noarch package has a dependency ansible-collection(community.library_inventory_filtering_v1) >= 1.0.0 that is not provided

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.7.0-1.el8


How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh install Almalinux 8.10
2. yum install epel-release
3. yum install ansible-collection-community-docker

Actual results:

Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides ansible-collection(community.library_inventory_filtering_v1) >= 1.0.0 needed by ansible-collection-community-docker-3.7.0-1.el8.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

Expected results:

The package is installs.

Sorry, I guess I didn't check dependencies. Maxwell - you are the maintainer for ansible-collection-community-library_inventory_filtering_v1, would you mind branching and building for EPEL?  Or I could if you add me to the package.
