Hi,

Please branch and build python3-pallets-sphinx-themes in epel10. It seems to be necessary to build the documentation of python-flask in epel10.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
