Please branch and build fluent-bit in epel9.

- new: https://github.com/fluent/fluent-bit/releases/tag/v3.2.2

- current: https://github.com/fluent/fluent-bit/releases/tag/v3.0.4 => Process 675036 (fluent-bit) of user 0 dumped core => critical bug for users and admins
