This blocks updating python-django-compressor for Python 3.14 compatibility - I'm in python-packagers-sig but I can't toggle release monitoring as I'm not the main admin

Looks like we missed the 1.2.2 that came out in Oct 2023 and 1.2.3 that came out this October
