from install of gimp-libs-2:3.0.0~RC1-2.fc41.x86_64 conflicts with file from package gimp3-libs-3.0.0~RC1-2.fc39.x86_64

now, on Fedora 41, gimp-libs should provide and obsolete gimp3-libs which are available on Fedora 39 and 40
