Hi,

Please branch and build rust-bcrypt in epel10. Ideally, please upgrade beforehand to upstream version 0.16, so we will be able to install the latest python-bcrypt in EPEL 10.

The version upgrade will require a join build of rust-bcrypt and python-bcrypt in the same update, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2279037#c10

Note: locally I am able to build rust-blowfish, rust-bcrypt, rust-bcrypt-pbkdf & python-bcrypt with a chain build and both rust-bcrypt & python-bcrypt upgraded to the latest upstream version:

[root@03df2990fcb9 rust-bcrypt-pbkdf]# mock --chain --root centos-stream+epel-10-x86_64 ../rust-blowfish/rust-blowfish-0.9.1-4.el10_0.src.rpm ../rust-bcrypt/rust-bcrypt-0.16.0-1.el10_0.src.rpm ../rust-bcrypt-pbkdf/rust-bcrypt-pbkdf-0.10.0-2.el10_0.src.rpm ../python-bcrypt/python-bcrypt-4.2.1-1.el10_0.src.rpm
