We need urllib3 >=2 for python-pydoctor. This is required for python-Automat update which is required for python-twisted update to resolve FTBFS F41+.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build python-pydoctor for F41
Actual Results:  
ERROR No match for argument: python3dist(urllib3) >= 2

Expected Results:  
Package builds.

Naively importing rawhide into F41 and doing a build appears to have worked. I didn't check any dependent packages.

Version 2 is a breaking update. This will unfortunatelly not happen in a stable Fedora release.
