Description of problem:

The pipes module was dropped from Python 3.13 and cobbler no longer work.

This issue has already been resolved upstream in https://github.com/cobbler/cobbler/issues/3826. It does not seem that the fix was included in the 3.3.7 release, though. This could be resolved with a patch.
