When you first launch FF, there is a Welcome to Firefox page.  It has an arrow
that points somewhere near the middle of the bookmark bar (where the tab listing
would be if there were tabs) and says to click on the close button on the tab to
get to your home page.  Rather confusing when no tabs exist.

When do we normally get the "Welcome to Fedora X!" page to replace the default
firefox startup page? Can/should we put a placeholder in now?

We get that now, but I think FF overrides that the very first time to show their
screen without stomping on default homepage settings.
