Description of problem:

The Fedora package of rclone is outdated and would benefit from an update.

1. rclone --version

Actual results:

rclone v1.67.0


Expected results:

rclone v1.68.2


Additional info:

Updating rclone to a recent version would really address a number of issues with the old package.
