Description of problem:

 Currently EPEL 10 repository doesn't include the wcslib package. It would be very useful if that package is included in the EPEL 10 repository.

As a test I have created a package from https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/wcslib/8.2.2/2.fc40/src/wcslib-8.2.2-2.fc40.src.rpm (the one shipped in Fedora 40) with "mock -r " and it builds fine.
