Hi Enrique, I don't maintain packages for EPEL because I don't use/have access to EPEL myself. I'm happy to add you and the epel-sig as co-maintainer if you'd like to take it on for EPEL? Please do let me know, Cheers, Ankur This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle. Changing version to 42. FEDORA-EPEL-2026-d023af66b5 (python-bokeh-2.3.0-24.el10_2) has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 10.2. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2026-d023af66b5 @cquike : I have put 2.3.0 in EPEL10, if you have time please give it a try! I plan to upgrade it as well, first on Rawhide then trickle down to EPEL10 possibly, but that may take a bit more time ;) FEDORA-EPEL-2026-d023af66b5 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 10.2 testing repository. You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2026-d023af66b5 See also https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for more information on how to test updates. Thanks a lot for building this package! I don't really remember how to tests this updates. I tried in an AlmaLinux 10 machine with this: $ sudo dnf search bokeh --enablerepo=epel-testing but it could not find anything. How should I test it? Thanks! The easiest probably (without having to add repos, since is a single package) should be: $ sudo dnf install https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/python-bokeh/2.3.0/24.el10_2/noarch/python3-bokeh-2.3.0-24.el10_2.noarch.rpm Hi, I could install the package and used it for a fairly simple example and everything works fine! Thanks a lot for the packaging! My pleasure! In a couple of days it should be pushed to stable and so officially published (on 10.2) My plan is to shortly upgrade to 3.6.3. I did already most of the work and tested successfully, but need to review carefully the various bundled code (versions and so on). Newer than 3.6.3 is not possible right now as a dependency (narwhals module) is missing (both in Fedora and EPEL). FEDORA-EPEL-2026-d023af66b5 (python-bokeh-2.3.0-24.el10_2) has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 10.2 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report. |
