blender failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f42

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=127935851

For details on the mass rebuild see:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_42_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix blender at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
blender will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43,
blender will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Comment 4 Ben Beasley 2025-01-22 18:00:42 UTC
This is caused by a GCC 15 incompatibility in the USD headers, which can be fixed by (incompatibly) updating USD to 25.02, bug 2339319.
