Please fix bluechi at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
bluechi will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43,
bluechi will be retired, if it still fails to build.

The failure is due to the changed gcc version from 14.x to 15.x in rawhide. The fix for this is already merged to Eclipse BlueChi:
https://github.com/eclipse-bluechi/bluechi/pull/1030

We'll backport this fix and release a new patch version for rawhide.
