This is due to C23/gcc15.

I already fixed most of the ghcX.Y packages.

I am planning to fix ghc as part of the rebase to 9.8.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
