ibus-engine-gui-ci failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f42

Please fix ibus-engine-gui-ci at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
ibus-engine-gui-ci will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43,
ibus-engine-gui-ci will be retired, if it still fails to build.

After ibus-1.5.32~beta1-4.fc42 is available in rawhide, this issue can be fixed.
