This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.

I added a patch in the upstream ticket that works for me.
Given that upstream doesn't like using CPAN RT, it's unlikely that there will be any feedback from them there.

The patch from Paul was applied
